Support Representative
We are looking for an experienced customer service professional to serve as support representative for our products.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) at our customer support center in Buenos Aires.
Requirements
- Outstanding motivational skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills. (It’s a must)
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish (It’s a must).
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- 2+ years experience in customer service role.
- Commitment towards teamwork.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to follow through and complete assigned tasks.
- Proficient working knowledge with Microsoft Windows XP/Vista Server 2003, Microsoft Office 2003/2007, Microsoft Visual Studio, C#.
- Knowledge in SQL (MS SQL, Oracle), JAVA, HTML, PHP, ASP.net is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct report to review productivity levels, evaluate quality control reports, and ensure policy and procedure understanding and compliance.
- Contribute to the establishment of achievable goals to effectively increase the technical, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ensure high-quality support for all customer inquiries through email.
- Provide support and training for newer employees.
- Maintain open communication with all development and product management members.

DEVELOPERS C # .net SSR´s & Sr´s
Semi Seniors and Seniors Developers with experience in C# with SQL (2-3 years for Semi Seniors and more than 4 years for Seniors)
It is also required for these positions:
- English documentation experience and spoken (mandatory)
- UML experience and English documentation
- Willing to participate in a team with Scrumm methodology, where any member is in condition to collaborate not only with programming but also with some part of testing, and all the schedules for delivering objectives are prefixes, discussed, agreed and the way to arrive to them is transparent to the leaders
- Willing to be part of a challenging project for our start up (we are working in Quantum products for more than 1,5 years)
- Visual Studio and CVS/SVN tools.
- Experience with non-web applications: Backend Systems, Enterprise Class Applications, Banking, Gaming, etc.
- Experience with unit testing.
It will be a strong PLUS:
- experience developing for MAPI
- "Agiles" methodologies working experience (one at least)
- C, C++ experience (not university, but enterprise experience)
- COCOA, Objective-C
- Experience with the Google Data APIs
- Experience programming for Exchange Server or Active Directory

SENIOR TESTING ENGINEER
Mandatory for this position:
- Programming skills and experience in .NET C# and SQL.
- Testing experience (black and white box).
- Analytical skills.
- Proficiency in documenting.
- Good Interpersonal communication skills.
- 5+ years of working experience in testing/development.
- Intermediate English level (reading, writing, speaking).
Desirable experience:
- Test automation experience.
- XML / HTML.
Responsibilities:
- Write test cases.
- Design, document, program, and configure automated test scripts.
- Execute manual Tests.
- Analyze and report defects.
It will be a strong plus:
- "Agile" methodologies working experience (E.g. SCRUM, XP).
- Test Driven Development experience.
- UML and User Stories knowledge.
- C, C++ knowledge or developing experience.
