Mr. Michelsen (60) has a very strong record of experience in the IT industry at the executive level.In 1997/98 after having established the business case for the Internet division of Talkline, a subsidiary of Tele Danmark, Mr. Michelsen was responsible for the overall start-up and acted as Managing Director of Talkline Internet and member of the board of Talkline GmbH.

Prior to this, Mr. Michelsen took responsibility as Managing Director of DKnet, the leading Danish Internet provider for business customers after he successfully managed the acquisition of DKnet by Tele Danmark.

From 1993 as the founding partner of Michelsen and Partners, a management consultancy for business development, marketing/sales advisory and M&A Mr. Michelsen has been involved in several corporate take-over deals.

Prior to this, he served four years as Managing Director at Control Data when the company changed business strategy from being a mainframe supplier to an open system supplier. Mr. Michelsen was responsible for Denmark and UK and partly for the German and Dutch operations related to the open system business.

Mr. Michelsen holds Bachelor degrees Organization and Computer Programming at Copenhagen Business School.
